Mama of two and farm-girl at heart. Growing up on a farm has taught me a lot of the qualities that helped shape me into the person I am today. The road to two beautiful children wasn't as planned but we are grateful for this family we've been blessed with. Nestled in Cold Spring we are building a life with memories for our children to look back at when they are older.
When I’m not out capturing the tiniest of people or a couple on their wedding day, you can find me chasing after my two kiddos making all the memories in the world.

Photography for me started off when I was a Sophmore in high school, capturing any “still” object on my parents farm. Boring to most but fascinating to me. After high school I went on to study professional photography at Ridgewater College for two years. Fast forward to today, I have been capturing the best clients for the past 10+ years, focusing my work on Wedding & Children photography.

I photographed my first wedding in 2015! At the time I had my first year of college under my belt but no experience with Weddings. Anxious as I could be at the time, I tackled the day head on.

Did you know, TLP has a studio!?  Yes, that’s right, the studio was born in 2023. Right in the coziest of places and most convenient for a mama of two, her garage! Never too far from home, makes for more flexibility when it comes to scheduling sessions. I promise you; it is always a beautiful 70 degrees with no rain or wind to cause for rescheduling. 

Each wedding has its own “twists and turns” of events that don’t go as planned,  They never would have guessed that your homemade wedding cake tumbled to the ground, or that the front church door got ripped off in the severe storm hours ago. Life happens, its out of our control. What is in our control, is how we move forward and enjoy the day because you are marrying your best friend!
